For this section's debut, we have the (78) Laws of Anime as constructed by Katsu. With everthing from how in actual Anime Physics (TM) to why almost everything happens in anime. Of course with this, as with every kind of law making society, will be forced to double back on anything it says as new evidence is brought to it's attention.
